## About the Role

+ Strong proficiency in **Figma** and modern UX design tools, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.

 + Experience with **rapid prototyping** and validating design concepts in fast-paced, iterative environments.

 + Solid understanding of **user-centered design principles** , usability, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

 + Familiarity with **design systems, component libraries, and design tokens** ; Storybook experience is a plus.

## Description

+ Partner with product managers to define problems, explore solution spaces, and translate complex scientific concepts into clear, user-centered designs.

 + Own the full design lifecycle, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and production-ready handoff.

 + Create multiple design directions for complex workflows, balancing innovation with usability and simplicity.

 + Conduct or initiate user research and incorporate insights into design decisions that improve usability and outcomes.

 + Build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
