The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in systems/tools. Initial focus will be on driving programs and improvement related to rack ingestion, capacity delivery, and on-time performance. The role is highly visible and will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level., 1. Drive critical cross-org programs, process, and product initiatives 2. Work across various organizations to determine feasibility and timelines 3. Understand critical path to scale and write proposals for strategic scaling initiatives 4. Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of initiatives on schedule 5.
