## About the Role

* Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven project/program management abilities.
 * Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
 * Extensive familiarity with management and implementation of business strategy within a program's framework.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to manage complex portfolios and navigate organizational change effectively.
 * Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards pertinent to the program's scope., * Bachelor's degree in engineering
 * PMP or PMI certification.
 * 3-5 years of experience

Technical Skills
Must Have

 * Engineering degree
 * Experience in leading a team of multiple functional areas (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc….)
 * Experience in managing product development projects, covering all phases from requirements definition, design & test, industrialization, and delivery.
 * PMP certification and PM tools such as MS Project.

Nice To Have

 * Experience in a large commercial product is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

 * Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals.
 * Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program.
 * Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams.
 * Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
 * Identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed.
 * Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations.
