## About the Role

Note: Previous Quality Engineering Experience in the Medical Device Industry is an Absolute MUST. This position is related to software design compliance for medical device. This is NOT a software testing position.

"Must Have" Experience

 * 5+ years of Quality Engineering/Assurance experience in medical device including 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience relating to medical device Software
 * Experience with Design Controls and Risk Management for medical device software
 * Strong familiarity with IEC 62304, SiMD and/or SaMD
 * Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, * Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

 * medical device Quality Engineering : 4 years (Required)
 * Design Controls: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:

 * Carlsbad, CA 92008 (Required)
