The Sr. IT Technician is responsible for providing hands-on technical support for all IT systems supporting manufacturing operations at the Crystal River facility. This role ensures high availability of plant-floor technology, supports end users and operational systems, and acts as the primary IT liaison between factory operations and corporate IT.
