This individual will lead end-to-end data science initiatives, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights, predictive models, and AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move seamlessly between data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and production deployment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large-scale healthcare datasets, building scalable data pipelines, developing and monitoring models, and ensuring the quality and reliability of data science solutions in production environments.
