The role combines administrative, analytical and case-management responsibilities, providing cross-functional support to the IT, Procurement and Finance teams. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of the client's software portfolio, with a strong focus on license compliance, cost optimization, data quality and process improvement. Service Description The mission is to ensure the reliable, compliant and optimized management of the IT software portfolio, from the initial software request through to the retirement of the software. The role covers the management of the full license lifecycle, inventory and data quality, renewal tracking, contract analysis and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The position also contributes to cost control, software license compliance and the continuous improvement of Software Asset Management processes.
