French is a strong plus. * You have a strong operational mindset and enjoy getting into the details to understand and solve problems. * You are analytical, structured and solution-oriented, with a natural ability to prioritise. * You are comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. * You don't wait for problems to solve themselves: you are proactive, hands-on and pragmatic. * You have a genuine interest in retail, e-commerce and customer experience. * Experience with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, payment solutions, ticketing tools or analytics platforms is a plus. ## Description This is a hands-on operational role for someone who likes to be at the heart of the action: monitoring online performance, solving issues, coordinating with different teams and making sure customers enjoy a smooth journey from click to delivery. You will act as a key point of contact between E-commerce, IT, Customer Service, Logistics and external partners, ensuring that the online business runs efficiently every day.
