## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in ICT security technology and consulting roles.
 * You have proven experience in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting security processes and governance.
 * You possess technical knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS2 frameworks.
 * You bring practical experience in setting up and managing an ISMS.
 * You have hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
 * You're experienced in project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
 * You have strong skills in process analysis and methodological documentation.
 * You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or engineering field.
 * You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

 * Professional experience within Flemish or local government administrations.
 * Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
 * Knowledge of phishing simulation and security awareness programs.

## Description

* Advise on the development and implementation of organizational ICT security policies.
 * Support the establishment and optimization of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on international standards.
 * Lead project initiation, planning, and reporting for various security workstreams.
 * Perform detailed process analysis to document and improve security governance.
 * Coordinate information gathering and surveys across different technical and business units.
 * Analyze and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows.
