The ideal candidate brings foundational cloud computing knowledge and a willingness to grow within a fast-paced federal IT environment., * Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

 * Basic cloud computing skills in at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
 * Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL fundamentals)
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
 * AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or equivalent foundational certification
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy)
 * Exposure to federal IT environments
 * CompTIA Cloud+ or equivalent

## Description

* Manage and administer cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise shared services on a day-to-day basis
 * Resolve incident tickets related to cloud services in accordance with SLA requirements
 * Monitor cloud resource utilization and report anomalies to senior engineers
 * Provide technical solutions to problems of basic scope and complexity involving one or two factors
 * Assist in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining cloud resources per established procedures
 * Document incident resolutions and contribute to the team knowledge base
