* Knowledge in Performing basic troubleshooting steps such as power cycling Devices or checking physical connections;
 * Experience in Performing physical maintenance tasks such as rack and stack operations, Equipment label
 * Handling the installation, replacement or removal of Equipment Components, including servers, switches, routers, security and other network Devices.
 * Strong communication skills inlcuding customer communciation
 * Experience in Performing on-site troubleshooting tasks, such as verifying power and network Connectivity, checking indicator lights or physically inspecting Devices
