## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni, FH) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, IT-Security, Informationsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Sicherheit, im IT-Risikomanagement und in der IT-Compliance
 * Idealerweise Vertrautheit mit der NIS2-Richtlinie sowie gängigen Sicherheitsstandards (z. B. ISO 27001, BSI ITGrundschutz oder NIST)
 * Sie wissen, wie IT-Projekte ablaufen und können Instrumente (z. B. Security-Checklisten, Risk-Assessments) so gestalten, dass sie den Projektfluss unterstützen, statt ihn zu bremsen
 * Sie können komplexe regulatorische Vorgaben verständlich und praxisnah an technische Teams vermitteln
 * Teamgeist und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus

 * Sie konzipieren, schreiben und aktualisieren die erforderlichen IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Standards, um die NIS2-Konformität zu verankern
 * Sie entwickeln praxisnahe Werkzeuge, Checklisten und Vorlagen, damit unsere IT-Infrastruktur und Softwareprojekte von Anfang an NIS2-konform geplant und abgewickelt werden können
 * Sie übersetzen abstrakte gesetzliche Vorgaben in konkrete und machbare technische Aufgaben
 * Sie führen Risikoanalysen für neue IT-Projekte durch, bewerten Bedrohungsszenarien und beraten bei der Auswahl technischer und organisatorischer Maßnahmen (TOMs)
