Aufgabengebiet Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für internationale Kunden im IT-Support / Helpdesk (1st Level)
Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Dokumentation technischer Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem
Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs der automatisierten Kundenanlagen
Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd und 3rd Level Support zur effizienten Problemlösung
Mitgestaltung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Supportlösungen
