## About the Role

* University degree in a relevant field
 * At least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally with an IT compliance focus
 * Practical experience with track & trace is beneficial.
 * Proficient in English; German, French or Swedish is a plus
 * Goal-oriented and hands-on, with a high level of self-responsibility and a strong focus on quality and efficiency

## Description

* Drive and support IT Quality Management and manage all IT Compliance aspects
 * Manage the validation of computerized systems
 * Support and oversee all IT changes and projects
 * Act as a Business Partner to IT
 * Write and train GxP documents
 * Support software lifecycle and planning
 * Improve and maintain the Quality Framework within the department
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international partners, * Our primary mission is to support production by providing scientific and technical expertise, optimizing processes, and ensuring that manufacturing runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
 * We, the Manufacturing Science and Technology department, are structured into the following areas: Group Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Production, Group Fill & Finish, Group Manufacturing Intelligence, Group Pilot Production, Group Process Qualification & Validation and Group Material Qualification.
