## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftlich-technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Univ)
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
 * Erfahrung mit digitalen B2B-Produkten, Product Discovery und agilem Backlog Management
 * Gutes Verständnis von Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Cloud-Technologien und moderner Softwareentwicklung
 * Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen, wirtschaftlichen Nutzen und technische Rahmenbedingungen miteinander zu verbinden
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten
 * Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kenntnisse in Intralogistik, Warehouse Operations oder industriellen Services von Vorteil

## Description

* Verantwortung für Produktvision, Umsetzung der Product Roadmap und Weiterentwicklung unserer KI-basierten Lösungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Portfolio Management
 * Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Anwendungsfälle gemeinsam mit Portfolio Management, Kunden, Service, Operations und Vertrieb
 * Übersetzung strategischer Portfolioziele und fachlicher Anforderungen in konkrete Produktinitiativen, Features und klare Akzeptanzkriterien
 * Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs nach Kundennutzen, Business Value, strategischer Relevanz und technischer Machbarkeit
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklung, Data Science, UX, Architektur und dem Team der Cloud Data Platform
 * Begleitung der Produkte von der ersten Idee und Pilotierung bis zum skalierbaren internationalen Rollout
 * Definition relevanter Produkt-KPIs sowie transparente Kommunikation von Roadmaps, Releases und Produktfortschritt
