## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (HTL, FH oder Universität)
 * Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in dieser oder einer ähnlichen Position
 * Idealerweise Microsoft-Zertifizierungen im Umfeld der Power Platform
 * Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsmethoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban)
 * Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungen auf Basis der Microsoft Power Platform
 * Praxiserfahrung mit Technologien wie Power Automate, Power Apps, Entra ID, PowerShell und Dataverse

## Description

In der Rolle als IT Consultant (m/w/x) treibst du die Entwicklung innovativer Automatisierungslösungen im Microsoft-365- und Power-Platform-Umfeld voran - von der Konzeption bis zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT befähigst du Mitarbeitende und Citizen Developer:innen durch Beratung und Schulungen und schaffst gemeinsam skalierbare, effiziente Lösungen., * Requirements Engineering, Konzeptionierung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Lösungen im PowerPlatform Umfeld.

 * Unterstützung & Schulung unserer Stakeholder und Citizen Developer
 * Mitwirkung an der Erreichung von Teamzielen durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamkollegen
 * Konzeptionierung, Implementierung und Optimierung von skriptbasierten Automatisierungslösungen
 * Sprachkompetenz: Deutsch und Englisch: B2 (sichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag)
