## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Werkmeister, Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
im Bereich Werkstofftechnik, Kunststofftechnik, oder vergleichbar

 * Erfahrungen in einem Prüflabor idealerweise mit Materialprüfungen von Kunststoffen
z.B.: Mechanische Prüfungen,

 * Motivierte Berufs- und Hochschulabsolvent:innen sind ausdrücklich willkommen
 * Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise SAP)
 * Handwerkliches Geschick und Hands-on Mentalität
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude an technischen Fragestellungen
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit guten Umgangsformen, Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Test Laboratory Engineer m/w/d beträgt 2.853,90 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

## Description

* Durchführung und Freigabe von Serien- und Sonderprüfungen gemäß Prüfplänen, Normen und Kundenspezifikationen
 * Sicherstellung der normgerechten Durchführung und Dokumentation aller Prüfungen
 * Fachliche Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexeren Prüfaufgaben
 * Unterstützung bei der Validierung und Optimierung von Prüfmethoden
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Schulung von Prüfanweisungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Abläufe im Labor (u.a. durch Digitalisierung, KVP)
 * Betreuung von Ringversuchen sowie Unterstützung bei Audits und Kundenaudits
