* Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen über Ticketsysteme wie Jira
 * Durchführung von Applikations- und Berechtigungsmanagement, Softwareinstallationen sowie Mobile Device Management
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen im Microsoft-Umfeld
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Standardanwendungen wie Microsoft 365
