* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Techniker, Informatiker oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

## Description

* Sicherstellung einer hohen IT- Systemverfügbarkeit für Produktion und Office in Zusammenarbeit mit Group-IT und externen Dienstleistern
 * Betreuung der User und des User Helpdesks via Ticketsystem und zentrale IT-Anlaufstelle für beide Standorte
 * Verantwortung für das gesamte Hard- und Software-Lifecycle-Management
 * Lokale Umsetzung der CyberSecurity-Richtlinien der Group-IT
 * Eigenständige Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen
 * Zusicherung des reibungslosen Betriebs von Drittanbietersoftware (NX, Altium, Engineering Base, etc.) im Produktions- und Office-Umfeld
 * Lokaler Ansprechpartner für externe Dienstleister und Group-IT
