* Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Betriebs von ERP-Systemen und BI-Lösungen
 * Optimierung des Datenflusses zwischen ERP-Systemen und BI-Tools zur Erstellung aussagekräftiger Dashboards und Reports
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Schnittstellen zu operativen Systemen
 * Definition und Implementierung von IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen im Software-Lifecycle
 * First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Anwender:innen sowie Anforderungsanalyse zur Systemverbesserung
