Im Rahmen eines groß angelegten Implementierungsprogramms verantwortest du als Platform Administrator:in/ Core Product Owner:in die technische und funktionale Weiterentwicklung der zentralen ServiceNow-Plattform und bist Bindeglied zwischen Architektur, Produktmanagement und Umsetzungsteams.

Dein Job, du...

 * verantwortest die technische Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der ServiceNow-Plattform im Kernsystem (Core Plattform).
 * übernimmst die Rolle als Core Product Owner:in für plattformnahe Funktionen (z. B. für Employee Center Pro,CMDB, Cross-Plattform Services generell).
 * stellst den stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betrieb der Plattform sicher und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter und verantwortest ServiceNow Releases, Plattform-Upgrades sowie Transformationsthemen.
 * übersetzt architektonische Vorgaben und Business-Anforderungen in umsetzbare Features und User Stories.
 * verantwortest und priorisierst den plattformbezogenen Product Backlog in enger Abstimmung mit Product Management und Architektur.
 * unterstützt die Definition und Etablierung von Governance, Standards und Best Practices für die Nutzung der ServiceNow Plattform im Konzern.
 * steuerst und koordinierst interne Teams sowie externe Implementierungspartner:innen. Du arbeitest eng mit Rollen wie ServiceNow Architekt:in, Product Manager:in, Platform Owner:in, DevOps (m/w/x) und Betriebsteams zusammen.
 * stellst die Integrationsfähigkeit und Skalierbarkeit der ServiceNow Plattform im Konzernumfeld sicher und setzt diese aktiv um.
