## About the Role

Many of our engagements center on large-scale ERP transformations, still the backbone of our business, alongside a growing number of AI-enabled and digital initiatives. We're looking for an experienced change professional who can independently own a change workstream, from strategy through execution., * have several years of experience independently leading change workstreams within complex transformation programs, from strategy through execution;

 * have proven experience with large-scale ERP transformations (SAP or similar platforms);
 * can confidently engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership;
 * have strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity;
 * are familiar with change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent;
 * are fluent in English and Dutch or French.French or Dutch.
Bonus points if you:

 * have experience in organizational design or transformation governance;
 * have worked in international transformation programs;
 * have experience driving adoption of AI-enabled tools and ways of working., Are you passionate about technology and finance? Do you have hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA and thrive in dynamic environments? You excel in productive sessions with management, data analysis, and agile consulting. You quickly understand business challenges and can inspire finance professionals to embrace new ways of working. You're flexible, proactive, and ready to guide clients through their business transformation journeys.

As a Senior Change & Transformation Lead, you bring together business objectives, people impact and technology adoption, working closely with stakeholders and end users to make change stick., Although delaware has built up a rock-solid reputation as an IT implementation partner, technology is only part of the story of a digital transformation. To write these remaining chapters, our Business Transformation & Adoption division helps our customers' senior management to transform beyond technology.
You'll be part of this exciting area within delaware that focuses on this connected transformation. On top of our existing technical expertise, you'll help us to bring business knowledge and strategic thinking to our clients., Transformation is evolving: organizations are rethinking how they operate, how people work, and how AI is reshaping their industries. As a Strategic Change & Transformation Lead, you act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shape our transformation approach, and contribute to the future direction of our Business Transformation & Adoption practice, while staying connected to real client work.
This is a client-facing role with added responsibility for shaping how we work, not a purely internal one.
