· De technische helpdesk voor alle gebruikers.

· De optimale werking van het netwerk op school.

· Het voorzien van digitale back-up en archivering.

· Het beheren van de toegang tot gebouwen en applicaties.

· Coördineren van ICT-projecten

· Analyseren, onderzoeken, adviseren en implementeren van nieuwe ICT-behoeften in samenspraak met directie en schoolteam.

Analyser les performances du système d'information et préconiser des mesures d'amélioration de la qualité, la sécurité, la productivité

Définir et suivre les droits d'accès en fonction des caractéristiques des utilisateurs ou des services

Mettre en oeuvre des outils d'aide à la surveillance, à la sécurité et à l'exploitation des équipements informatiques
