 * Sterke kennis van workplace IT, user support, endpoint management, toegangsrechten en
collaboration tools.

 * Praktische kennis van cybersecurity, infrastructuur, networking en leveranciersopvolging.
 * In staat om bestaande code, interne applicaties, databases, scripts of integraties te lezen, begrijpen en
verbeteren.

 * Werkkennis van SQL, reporting, datakwaliteit, API's of business intelligence.

## Description

* Beheren van de dagelijkse IT-operaties, waaronder helpdesk, workplace IT, endpoints,
toegangsbeheer, printers, networking en infrastructuuropvolging.

 * Aansturen en coachen van de huidige IT support collega, met duidelijke prioriteiten, structuur en
opvolging.

 * Coördineren van externe IT-partners en leveranciers.
 * Ownership nemen over de volledige cybersecurity suite, waaronder MFA, endpoint protection,
toegangsbeheer, monitoring en incidentopvolging.

 * Vlot draaiend houden van business-kritische software- en hardwaresystemen binnen de Group.
 * Verbeteren van interne applicaties, reporting, integraties, datakwaliteit en business workflows.
 * ICTS helpen evolueren naar sterkere in-house business systems en minder afhankelijkheid van
versnipperde vendor tools.

 * Operationele noden vanuit rental, services, workshops, finance en management vertalen naar
praktische IT-oplossingen.

* Directe business impact en nauwe samenwerking met group management.
 * Ownership over IT operations, cybersecurity, business systems en interne applicatieverbeteringen.
 * Een praktische omgeving met korte beslissingslijnen en echte operationele complexiteit.
 * Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
