## Description

Ben jij gebeten door IT en help je graag collega's bij technische vragen? In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde vragen bij een transportbedrijf. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot draait en dat je collega's optimaal kunnen werken.

Op een doorsnee werkdag behandel je supportvragen, installeer en configureer je pc's, laptops, smartphones en printers. Je ondersteunt collega's bij Microsoft 365 en andere bedrijfsapplicaties. Je maakt gebruikersaccounts aan, beheert deze en volgt supporttickets op. Waar nodig werk je samen met externe IT-partners.
