 * Nederlands en Engels zitten goed; extra talen zijn mooi meegenomen.

## Description

* Een dynamische rol waarin zowel operationele ondersteuning als projectwerk samenkomen.
 * Remote support verlenen aan internationale klanten: incidenten analyseren, oplossingen aanreiken en complexe cases correct escaleren.
 * Virtuele serveromgevingen installeren, configureren en onderhouden.
 * Meewerken aan infrastructuur- en cloudprojecten, inclusief migraties richting moderne omgevingen.
 * Software-installaties en updates uitvoeren via duidelijke checklists en automatiseringsflows.
 * Informatie documenteren en nauw samenwerken met collega's om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
