* Investigate and respond to advanced security incidents: malware analysis, IoC extraction, forensic investigations, breach analysis
 * Manage and resolve client requests while coordinating incident, change, and use-case tickets
 * Take ownership of end-to-end response activities; from detection and analysis to reporting and recommendations
 * Support customers with readiness assessments, audits, and tailored consultancy
 * Contribute to the wider cybersecurity community and share knowledge at industry events
 * Dedicate time each month to self-learning and technical exploration
 * Ensure strict compliance with data protection, security frameworks, and best practices
