 * Skills:Strong foundational knowledge of network technologies (WiFi, routing, VLANs) and IT infrastructures.
 * Languages:Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
 * Mindset:Customer-oriented, a team player, and eager to develop further in a technical environment.

Support Engineer - Your JobKey Responsibilities:

 * Technical Support:Handle and resolve customer technical issues via phone or ticketing system, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.
 * Network Monitoring & Maintenance:Support the implementation and maintenance of network systems such as WiFi, VoIP, IPTV, and more, while monitoring systems to ensure operational continuity.
 * Configuration & Integration:Assist in the initial configuration of network equipment and ensure seamless integration into existing customer environments.
 * Customer Service:Provide both proactive and reactive support to customers, working closely with the technical team to resolve network issues.
 * Solution-Oriented Approach:Identify and document technical problems, contributing to process improvements to prevent future incidents.
