* A bachelor's or master's degree combined with 5+ years of SAP project experience
 * Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance configuration, implementation and optimization
 * Analytical problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose innovative solutions
 * Knowledge of QM, EH&S, MRS, Work Force Management, Logistics, S/4HANA Service or CRM is an added value
 * A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude
 * Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
 * Fluency in French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English, You'll join a dynamic and passionate group of consultants who have a strong focus on results. ## Description

* SAP PM Configuration: Configure and customize PM to align with maintenance processes and business requirements
 * Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage strategies, including work order scheduling, to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset lifecycles
 * Data Management: Maintain accurate master data, equipment records, and maintenance task lists within SAP PM to support informed decision-making and efficient maintenance operations
 * Business knowledge of maintenance and service processes, and strategic asset management
 * End-user Training and Support: Ensure they can effectively use SAP PM for their daily maintenance activities
 * Team Management: mentor junior PM consultants of various levels of expertise; providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and contribute to project success, * At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
