Technische Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von Machine Vision, Computer Vision und KI-Inspektionssystemen über mehrere Werke hinweg inkl. Sicherstellung von Standards, Skalierbarkeit und reproduzierbaren Lösungen

 - Verantwortung für die Bildaufnahmeebene mit Fokus auf Standardisierung von Kamerasystemen, Optiken und Beleuchtung zur Sicherstellung stabiler Bildqualität

 - Entwicklung und Optimierung von SOPs sowie Kalibrierungs- und Verifikationsprozessen für effiziente Inbetriebnahmen von Inspektionsstationen im Bereich Qualitätsprüfung

 - Inbetriebnahme und Stabilisierung von Vision-Systemen in anspruchsvollen Produktionsumgebungen unter Einfluss von Vibration, Verschmutzung und thermischen Effekten

 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mechanik-, Elektrik-, PLC- und Software-/AI-Teams zur Umsetzung nachhaltiger Automatisierungslösungen
