 * Erstellung strukturierter Projekt- und Umsetzungskonzepte

 * Professionelle Durchführung und Moderation von Kunden-Workshops und Meetings

 * Erstellung und Pflege einer vollständigen Projektdokumentation

 * Prüfung und Bewertung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur (Datenbanken, Netzwerke, Applikationen)

 * Begleitung des Go-Lives und Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Betriebsstarts
