* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. Lehre, HTL)

 * Technisches Grundverständnis in folgenden Bereichen: Windows-Betriebssysteme, Netzwerke, Hard- und Software (z. B. Ein- und Ausbau von Komponenten, Installation und Konfiguration von Software)

## Description

* Entgegennahme und eigenständige Bearbeitung von Störungen

 * Administration von Benutzerkonten und Gruppenrichtlinien mittels Active Directory

 * Betreuung und technische Unterstützung bei Online-Veranstaltungen

 * Einrichtung und Patchen von Netzwerkkomponenten

 * Aufbau und Einrichtung von PC-Arbeitsplätzen

 * Installation und Konfiguration von Druckern und Scannern (lokal und im Netzwerk)

 * Fehleranalyse und Reparatur von Hardwarekomponenten

 * Installation von PC-Arbeitsplätzen mittels Microsoft Deployment Toolkit

 * Durchführung von Softwareinstallationen inkl. Vorbereitung, Konfiguration und Funktionsprüfung

 * Support für MS Windows, Office, Adobe CC, etc.

 * Verwaltung Microsoft 365

 * Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten

Arbeitszeit & Einsatzort:

 * Schichtbetrieb im 2-Wochen-Rhythmus:

** Frühdienst: 07:30 - 16:00 Uhr

** Spätdienst: 13:30 - 21:30 Uhr

** 1x im Monat - Samstag: 08:00 - 12:00 Uhr (Zusätzliche Entlohnung)

 * Einsatzort: vor Ort beim Kunden in 1180 Wien
