## About the Role

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Uni, Lehre IT-Technik o. ä.) oder vergleichbare einschlägige Berufserfahrung.

 * Du bringst mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen mit, insbesondere in Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint und Teams.

 * Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, MFA sowie Identity- & Access-Management.

 * Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von Jira und Confluence.

 * Du bringst solide Kenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich mit, insbesondere in LAN/WLAN, Switching/Routing, DNS sowie SSL/TLS.

 * Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Linux-Servern, Docker und Monitoring-Tools.

 * Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.

 * Du bringst Eigenmotivation, Teamgeist und eine hohe Hands-on-Mentalität mit.

 * Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Du betreibst und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem internationalen Admin-Team die globale Microsoft-365-Umgebung weiter (Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform etc.).

 * Du übernimmst das Benutzer-, Rollen- und Lizenzmanagement inklusive MFA, Gruppenrichtlinien und Security-Standards.

 * Du betreust und optimierst die Cybersecurity-Landschaft in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und dem internen IT-Team.

 * Du administrierst die Atlassian-Umgebung (Jira, Confluence) inklusive Workflows, Berechtigungen, Apps und Governance.

 * Du verwaltest die Netzwerk-, Server- und Endpoint-Infrastruktur (Windows/Linux, LAN/WLAN, Notebooks, Mobile Devices, Drucker, Telefonie).

 * Du verantwortest die Verwaltung von Domains, DNS und SSL-Zertifikaten.

 * Du arbeitest an internationalen IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Migrationen mit.

 * Du pflegst IT-Dokumentationen, Policies sowie DSGVO-konforme Prozesse.

 * Du unterstützt Anwender im IT-Support, führst Cybersecurity-Awareness-Schulungen durch und optimierst kontinuierlich IT- und Supportprozesse.
