 * Beratung der Fachbereiche und 2nd-Level-Support für Anwendungssysteme

 * Betreuung des ERP-Systems und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der optimalen Nutzung

 * Mitarbeit an BI-Projekten und datenbezogenen Aufgaben

 * Pflege der System- und Prozessdokumentation

 * Vertretung im Bereich IT-Betrieb und Infrastruktur
