* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines C++ Entwicklerteams
 * Ansprechpartner für neue Projekte und Anfragen betreffend Softwarethemen in der Produktentwicklung
 * Aktive Teilnahme an technischen Diskussionen, Entscheidungsprozessen und kontinuierlicher Optimierung der Entwicklungsprozesse
 * Projektübergreifende Ressourcenplanung und Priorisierung der Aufgaben im Team
 * Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder durch Mentoring und Coaching
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Embedded- und App-Teams zur Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Schnittstellen
 * Auswahl geeigneter Kandidaten für den weiteren Ausbau des Teams gemeinsam mit unserer People Operations Abteilung
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Entwicklungsstandards, Best Practices und Qualitätssicherungsprozessen
