* Administration und Pflege der internen IT-Infrastruktur, inklusive Windows-Clients, Server, Microsoft 365 sowie Active Directory und grundlegender Netzwerktechnik
 * Verantwortung für den 2nd-Level-Support
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs im Fertigungs- und Logistikumfeld
 * Fallweise Unterstützung im Anwendersupport bei Abwesenheiten im Helpdesk-Team
