Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n Senior-Entwickler:in mit architektonischem Blick - jemanden, der nicht nur sauberen Code schreibt, sondern auch versteht, wie heutige Designentscheidungen sich langfristig auf Performance, Wartbarkeit und Erweiterbarkeit auswirken.

Ein souveräner Umgang mit AI-gestützter Entwicklung (Vibe Coding) gehört für uns zur täglichen Arbeit.

Deine Aufgaben

 * Kundenprojekte: mandantenspezifische Funktionen und Erweiterungen

 * Anforderungsanalyse gemeinsam mit uns und unseren Kunden

 * Mittelfristig: direkte Betreuung von Kunden bei Support- und Feature-Themen

 * Weiterentwicklung unseres Standardprodukts: neue Features, Refactoring, Performance-Optimierung

 * AI als Produktfeature: Integration von AI-Services in unsere Kundenabläufe - von RAG-basierter Suche in Wissensdatenbanken über AI-Anbindung für Ticket- und Aufgabenmanagement bis hin zu intelligenten Automatisierungen wiederkehrender Workflows

 * AI-First Development: Du nutzt moderne AI-Tools ("Vibe Coding") nicht als Spielerei, sondern als zentralen Teil deines Workflows
