## Description

* Konzeption, Realisierung, Optimierung und Modifikation umfassender Low-Code-Lösungen auf Basis der Power Platform unter Anwendung von Best Practices für App-Entwicklung und Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), insbesondere unter Nutzung der Premium-Funktionen von Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents, Copilot und AI Builder

 * Einbringen tiefgreifender Power Platform-Expertise zur Entwicklung von Projekt- und Releaseplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern (z.B. Projektleiter:innen) sowie zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Arbeitspakete innerhalb des Teams

 * Unterstützung anderer Teammitglieder bei der Erstellung von Power Platform-Lösungen durch den Austausch von Best Practices und die Förderung des gemeinsamen Wachstums und Know-hows im Team

 * Begleitung vollständiger Projektlebenszyklen - von Pre-Sales über Anforderungsaufnahme bis hin zu Implementierung und Projektmanagement

 * Eigenständige Entwicklung zielgerichteter Lösungsansätze zur Gestaltung von Prozessautomatisierungen und zur Digitalisierung unterschiedlicher Abläufe

 * Direkte Kommunikation mit Kund:innen zur Identifikation von Bedürfnissen und zur Optimierung der Lösungen
