¿ Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur

¿ Freundliche und engagierte IT-Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden

¿ Monitoring, proaktive Fehleranalyse und -behebung

¿ Zentrale Verwaltung, Konfiguration und Wartung von Microsoft Windows, Apple MacOS und iOS

¿ Laufende Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Dokumentation

¿ Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung spannender IT-Projekte

¿ Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von 2nd-Level Supportanfragen im Ticketsystem
