* Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung der IT-spezifischen Infrastruktur

 * User-Betreuung und Onsite-Support an unserem Standort in Klagenfurt sowie Support unseres Standortes in Wien und Berlin

 * Installation, Konfiguration und Administration unserer Hard- und Software

 * Standortübergreifende Ticketbearbeitung

 * Durchführung von Problemanalysen und daraus abgeleiteten Behebungs- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und bei der laufenden Optimierung der IT-Prozesse
