 * Durchführung von Onboarding-Workshops mit neuen Kund_innen

 * Planung und Durchführung von Implementierungen, Migrationen und Optimierungen

 * Technische Verantwortung in Projekten - von Design bis Betrieb sowie Unterstützung bei Architekturentscheidungen und Best Practices

 * Laufende Betreuung, technische Beratung (Consulting) und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kund_innenumgebungen
