Deine Rolle
Als Forward Deployment Engineer arbeitest du direkt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Produkt und Kunden-Setups. Du nimmst Anforderungen auf, übersetzt sie in robuste Implementierungen und schaltest fonio bei Kund:innen live - inkl. Integrationen, Automatisierungen und laufende Optimierung.

Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt/Engineering und Go-to-Market zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Deployments schnell, stabil und wiederholbar sind.

Das erwartet dich

 * Kundenanforderungen aufnehmen und in konkrete Implementierungspläne übersetzen

 * fonio-Setups in Produktion aufbauen und ausrollen: Workflows, Logik, Prompts, Guardrails

 * Integrationen in Drittsysteme umsetzen (APIs, Webhooks, CRM, Kalender, Ticketing etc.)

 * Kleinere Features und Glue-Code entwickeln, um Kundencases sauber abzubilden

 * Debugging unter Produktionsbedingungen: Calls, Flows, Edge Cases, schnelle Fixes

 * Wiederverwendbare Templates und Deployment Playbooks bauen, um Setups skalierbar zu machen

 * Produktfeedback liefern: Pain Points und Feature Gaps priorisiert und konkret ins Team tragen

Wen wir suchen

 * Solide Coding Skills: du kannst eigenständig implementieren, nicht nur konfigurieren

 * Starkes Verständnis für AI-Systeme und LLMs (Prompting, Tool-Use, RAG, Failure Modes)
