## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Funktion im Bereich Information Security / Cyber Security

 * Nachweisbare Umsetzungspraxis in ISO 27001/ISMS sowie Regulatorik wie NIS2 und verwandten Anforderungen.

 * Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis moderner IT- und Security-Architekturen.

 * Starkes Programm- und Umsetzungsmanagement: komplexe Initiativen steuern, priorisieren und pragmatisch liefern.

 * Überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen.

 * Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch

## Description

Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Teams ab sofort 1 Information Security Officer (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

 * Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Informationssicherheitsstrategie inkl. ISMS/ISO-27001-orientierter Governance.

 * Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken sowie Ableitung, Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung von Security-Maßnahmen.

 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher/regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. DSGVO, NIS2) durch Richtlinien, Prozesse und Kontrollen.

 * Leitung der Reaktion auf Sicherheitsvorfälle inkl. Koordination im Ernstfall sowie Monitoring der Sicherheitslage.

 * Regelmäßiges Reporting an Geschäftsführung / Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Leitung sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits.
