 * Mitwirkung an Infrastruktur-, Modernisierungs- und Security-Projekten

 * Unterstützung der Anwender_innen bei technischen Anliegen sowie Mitarbeit in der Störungsanalyse und nachhaltigen Problemlösung

 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Instandhaltung, internationalen IT-Teams sowie externen Dienstleistern
