## Description

Die Teamleitung IT Infrastruktur nimmt dabei eine besondere Rolle ein: Dieses Team existiert an jedem MCC-Standort mit einer eigenen Teamleitung, während andere IT-Teams spartenweit zentral geführt werden. Das Team gliedert sich in zwei Bereiche - IT System Administrators und Client Management Administrators - und verantwortet alle wesentlichen Infrastrukturthemen, darunter Data Center, Network, Client Management, Cloud Administration, Identity & Access Management (IAM) sowie Operational Technology (OT).

Das erwartet dich

 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des IT-Infrastruktur Teams

 * Verantwortung für die Planung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systemlandschaft unter konsequenter Anwendung von Security-by-Design-Prinzipien.

 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Performance der IT-Infrastruktur

 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Infrastruktur-Teams

 * Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle im Verantwortungsbereich

 * Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Hardware, Server, Storage und Cloud-Lösungen

 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
