## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Hochschulausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in Elektrotechnik/Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Informatik
 * Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in der Industrie
 * Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von Österreich (Villach, Graz)
 * Fundiertes Know-how in QM-Systemen und -Tools, vorzugsweise IATF 16949, sowie in Total Quality Management, technischen Entwicklungsprozessen und Organisationsentwicklung
 * Erfahrung im Prozess- und Projektmanagement sowie in der Moderation von FMEA, 5-Why, 8D und Workshops, sicher in Messsystemanalysen
 * Erfahrung oder hohe Lernbereitschaft in Facility Management, Security Management, Arbeitssicherheit und Business Continuity, Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung als Sicherheitsvertrauensperson
 * Souveränes Auftreten, starkes Kommunikationstalent, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent, pragmatische Lösungsorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Diskretion
 * Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich

## Description

* Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Methoden wie FMEA, 5-Why und 8D anwenden, Qualitätsworkshops moderieren, Messsystemanalysen durchführen, Qualitätspolitik umsetzen, im globalen QBE-Netzwerk mitarbeiten
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister*innen und Compliance: Leistungen und Termine überwachen, Begehungen und Audits organisieren, Dokumentation pflegen sowie Budget- und Kostenkontrolle unterstützen
 * Standortsicherheit & Zutrittsmanagement: Schnittstelle zu Sicherheitsdienstleister*innen und Behörden, Notfall- und Evakuierungsmaßnahmen koordinieren, Business Continuity unterstützen sowie Sicherheitsunterweisungen und -begehungen durchführen
