o Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (HTL, FH, Uni)

o Fundierter Erfahrung als externer oder interner SAP Consultant inkl. Customizing

o Idealerweise Kenntnisse der SAP Module SD, PP, PS, MM, HR, CO, LE, EWM und in der Programmiersprache ABAP

o Fundierter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozess- und Projektmanagement

o Analytische, selbstständige und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise

o Interesse an modernen Technologien (zB S4, In-Memory)

o Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift der Position entsprechend, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

o Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit

o Selbstständige Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung der Anforderungen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern und angeschlossenen Systemen

o Unterstützung, Koordination, Dokumentation und Durchführung von Tests sowie Produktivsetzung

o Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender SAP Applikationen mit dem Fokus HR und/oder Logistik, SD, Hybris

o Aktive Mitarbeit an internationalen Rolloutprojekten

o (Teil-)Projektleitung bei SAP-Projekten
