## About the Role

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Kolleg oder Lehre) im Bereich IT/Informatik.

 * Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position zeichnen dein Profil aus.

 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL) sowie gute Kenntnisse in ITInfrastruktur-, Netzwerk-, Security- und Cloud- Themen bringst du ebenfalls mit.

 * Analytisch-logisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist zählen zu deinen Stärken.

 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B sind erforderlich.

## Description

* Nach einer intensiven Einschulungsphase bist du verantwortlich für den stabilen Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Landschaft (Microsoft-Serverumgebung, M365, Netzwerk, AWS Cloud und Rechenzentrum).

 * Du übernimmst die Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie den 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support und sorgst für eine laufende Dokumentation der IT-Systeme.

 * Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung von Sicherheit und Verfügbarkeit der IT Infrastruktur gehören ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.

 * In enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern koordinierst du Outsourcing-Partner und Provider und übernimmst das Eskalationsund SLA-Management.

 * Darüber hinaus wirkst du an bereichsübergreifenden sowie internen ITProjekten aktiv mit.
