Als Mitglied unseres IT-Helpdesk Teams stehst du unseren Anwendern bei sämtlichen Fragen rund um unser IT-Equipment zur Verfügung, bereitest neue Hardware vor oder legst dich auch mal mit einem beleidigten Drucker an. Pssst, wir geben auch Quereinsteigern oder Berufsanfängern eine Chance!

Was dich erwartet:

 * Installation von PCs und Smartphones

 * Auf- und Abbau von PC-Arbeitsplätzen

 * Garantie- und Reparaturabwicklung mit Lieferanten

 * Verwaltung und Inventarisierung unseres Equipments in einer Datenbank

 * Dokumentation von Störungen in unserem Ticketsystem
