## Description

Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im 2nd Level Supports sowie Unterstützung im 1st Level

 - Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen per Fernwartung (Telefon, MS Teams etc.) gemeinsam mit KundInnen und KollegInnen vor Ort
 - Ansprechperson für fachliche und technische Anliegen
 - Durchführung von Kundenschulungen (z. B. Bedienung von Krananlagen, elektrotechnische Instandhaltung)
 - Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Supportfälle sowie Sicherung und Archivierung von Anlagendaten
